The audit focuses on six key themes, each containing a maximum of eight targeted questions. The audit will take approximately 20 minutes and require simple yes, no, or maybe responses.  
You will then receive a comprehensive report about your businesses readiness to scale globally.

ABOUT TRENA
I designed the Global Scalability AuditTM based on more than 20 years’ business experience, starting with seven years as a volunteer evaluator for the Australian Business Excellence Awards. Afterwards I moved to a startup at Optus Telecommunications and then went on to start two businesses. I combined this experience with my extensive international corporate career living and working in Australia and the U.S. I am also a governance professional and a fully qualified company director. This combined experience has enabled me to design the Global Scalability AuditTM that, I believe, captures the essential elements for a business to assess its readiness, capacity and capability for global expansion.
